Vintage Van Briggle Pottery Mulberry Vase

Established in 1899, Van Briggle Pottery & Tile is one of the oldest active art potteries in the United States, and has been considered one of the great American potteries for over a century.

This lovely Arts & Crafts/Mission style vase features a matte glaze called mulberry, a mix of burgundy with dark blue accenting the ridges of the subtle design. This piece is not dated, but estimated to have been made around 1920's. In great vintage condition, no cracks or chips. 

Authentic Von Briggle markings on bottom, including location produced - Colorado Springs.

Vase measures 7.5" tall x 2.5" opening.
