Return Rules and Restrictions
- Home Decor & textiles may be returned within 5 days of your delivery date. One of a kind, vintage, locally made art, & jewelry are non-returnable and final sale unless defective.
- Returned merchandise must be unused and returned in perfect condition in the original packaging to ensure full refund.
- Contact Customer Service at info@olson-house.com to obtain return authorization.
- Refunds will be made within 7 days after product has been returned. Any merchandise not received within 14 days of receipt to customer will be given store credit.Â
- Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Any return not received within 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and will be issued store credit only. Items not received before 90 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and will be issued store credit only.
Damaged Merchandise
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of your delivery date.

- Damaged merchandise not reported within 3 days of delivery date may not be returned.
