Woven from washed linen, the VIRTA towel brings a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere with its earthy colour palette. We wanted to design products that suit a relaxed and effortless home, where items ought to be both beautiful and easy to care for.
VIRTA products are made to be used. Wash, dry and use again without worry. Soft tones, a pleasant feel and carefree practicality make them trusted favourites.
Linen is a naturally breathable material that feels luxuriously soft against the skin while quickly and efficiently absorbing moisture. Thanks to its fast-drying properties, these towels stay fresh from one use to the next.
We have used Masters of Linen–certified 100 % linen yarn for both the warp and weft, spun from fully traceable long staple flax. We love flax as a material, for it is a durable, comfortable and environmentally friendly fibre.
Our flax grows with the power of rainwater in the temperate climate of central Europe, needing no irrigation. The yarns have been spun and dyed in the EU area according to the REACH regulations.
