Marimekko Daily Variations Plate, 12x15 cm

The small Oiva plate features the Daily Variations pattern in a bright yellow, lilac, black and white color mix. The plate is made of white ware and is dishwasher, oven, microwave, and freezer safe.

Part of Marimekko’s Artist in Residence program, Danish textile artist Vibeke Rohland focuses on removing the superfluous to reveal the essence of form, color and contrast. The Daily variations design delves into the soul of color and stripe by exploring how hues interact, challenge and complement one another. The work captures the shifting moods of a day: its rhythms, sounds and ever-changing light.
